DRAFT — to be reviewed

Privacy notice

Modern Menu provides free restaurant menus funded by advertising. We use anonymous analytics to understand menu use, such as views and popular menu sections.

Guest data

A guest’s name or contact details are collected only if the guest chooses to submit an offers form and agrees to share them with the restaurant. We do not require an account to view a menu.

Restaurant data and choices

Restaurant owners can request an export of their data. When an owner leaves, the menu goes offline and data is scheduled for deletion after 30 days. We may retain limited records needed to run and secure the service.

This draft will be reviewed before launch. Contact us if you have a privacy question.
